That is really sad. I just dont understand why people get big dogs and keep them outside all chained up. I think big dogs in this situation get mean because they get very little human contact from thier owners. I dont see the point in owning a dog when people treat them like this. I have a big dog and she is an inside dog and is sweet as an angel. I wish laws woudl keep people from neglecting dogs and just keeping them in the backyard all day. I think its the neglect that makes these big dogs sort of revert back to thier primal instinct (is that the right phrase?
) and thats why they get all mean and territorial and ferrocious.
