I use any kind of good smelling baby shampoo (no tears) (with conditioner included)...they have all great smells, like berry, orange, bubblegum, etc. I have tried all kinds...dog shampoos, people shampoos, and I like these the best. The scratching and chewing is usually due to allergies (if you've eliminated fleas already). See your vet for pills if you want. I tried pills and they made her too sleepy. Good luck!
