My Peanut is 3 pounds, 7 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches long at almost 4 years old. She is tubby though....her belly measured 12 inches today. (I measured her for a dress) I LOVE Peanut's size and want my next one to be the same or slightly smaller . Peanut is very healthy!! |
I would love it if Mango was 3 to 3.5 lbs fully grown. I bought her from the Dam's owner in Orange County Calif. He is a small breeder who does not advertise on the internet or in a newspaper. His pups are beautiful and are basically adopted by word of mouth through his other happy Yorkie Mommies. He occasionally uses a Sire from Courtash to breed from. (He likes to breed a very small male - 2.5 lbs- to a larger female - about 4 lbs.) Cory did tell me she would be about 2.5 lbs, but I do think she will be bigger. Cory was actually the one who introduced me to Mango's breeder.
