I really believe a reason that these dogs are this agressive is loneliness and boredom....due to being left outside 24 hours a day....I don't think dogs are born mean but learn the behaviour...it doesnt make them any less scary but in many cases it just isn't their fault -
But when WE have dogs that they want to tear into - you're very smart for staying away....
