Try asking some of the vets in your area. They may be able to recommend a good breeder to you. Also, I'm not sure about your area, but if there is a PetSmart, I know their onsite trainers recommend breeders from time to time...I know that the ones here do.
As for the cute face...if you get a Yorkie, that's pretty much a given!
