Thank you all for the advise. I will start her potty training again. I noticed that she usually poops or pees by my husband side of the bed on the floor. Even if she is laying down on our bed she will get down and pees on the floor. Last nite I put a pee pad by my hubby 's side of the bed and she pee on it, but poop next to the pee pad. I know is not separation anxiety cause Im always home due to the fact that Im on dissability. Only time she is alone is when I go to the doctor but she is alone just a couple of hours.
