That gurgurling is what TJ did for a long time. That was sign that something wasn't right inside him. He would then has mucus poop. This went on for a long time, we did all sorts of tests, limited diet, etc. The tests showed that he has an overgrowth of bacteria in his small intesines (Inflamitory Bowel Disease - or IBD). - You can do a 'search' here on yorkietalk for IBD and a lot of info will come up to read about.

I would suggest taking away the Bully Stick and let her insides have a rest.
Once some time has past and no more noises, maybe try the Bully stick again and see if it happens again.

I use to give TJ some Pepto, that seemed to help a little bit (short term).

I hope she feels better soon.
