I don't have experience with any other dogs, because Hercules is my first pet. But so far I think he's been doing ok in the housetraining department. But my expectations aren't very high right now, since he's only 4 months. It just takes a lot of work. If I'm not with Hercules, then he's in his kennel. Which means that if I'm home with him, then he's with me all the time. Just make sure that you have the time to spend most of your time with your yorkie if you decide to get one! I have no life, so it was ok with me!!
