im a graphic/webdesigner and ive had this happen to me before. it STINKS! lol forgot about the imorality of the issue its blatent theft of your COPYRIGHTED property.
Ive had to send emails a few times kind of like this..
Please remove (said picture or media) from your website, or any other forms of media you have used it on. You have infringed upon my copyright as the original owner and you have 48 hours for removal before i take further action with our attorney.
The beautiful thing about this is you have the proof to back it up and it has there business name ALL OVER it lol. they havent a leg to stand on, i hope you get your removal soon
