I really do know the feeling! Once I hurt my back, I have to be so careful that I don't put it out again! Takes me several days to get back to normal and it goes out sometimes over the most stupid things. Just picking up a plate out of the dishwasher the wrong way can cause it to go out! But then I can mow the yard, life bags of mulch and it not bother it at all!
