I loved our doggie door when we had it in Florida! The boyz caught on quickly and would run in and out all day and...no accidents inside! We had the smallest door installed but the plastic was kind of stiff so it was hard for them to go through. When we sold the house the new owner had a larger dog so we installed a door in the next size up for her and it was a lot easier for the boyz to go through. We can't have one here though...too many wild animals to feel comfortable letting my boyz out unattended.
For those having trouble training your dog to go through the door...use treats as a bribe...it works. |
