Hi, thank you for the compliment! Lula isn't a yorkie mix actually.. she's a lhasa apso/bichon frise mix.. although to me she looks all lhasa =) I have two other mixes that are yorkie crosses Emma and Bentley.. I'll post pics for you
I got the dog model off of a random internet search from a person selling theirs. I know that PetEdge has black ones similar for 9.95 in all different sizes.. or there are also a lot of just stuffed animal style ones you can buy
