Since you have to mail in pictures when you register a parti colored, do you have to register via the mail rather than on-line. Or can you register on line and then mail the pictures, or can you email the pictures?

If you register by mail, how can you be sure the name that you have chosen is available. Is there anyway to check on the availability?
