I'm not sure if she's trying to feel bigger or if she just thinks it's going to flood and she's trying to get to higher ground. After all, she does live in Oregon
I never thought of her being like a mountain goat but now that you mention it I definitely see a little mountain goat in her
Mine don't play well off leash either. They usually just run and hide. Angel won't play with anyone and Prince will only play with other Yorkies.
