Omega, glad you got a good report at the Dr. I agree with daisymae06 - talk to your Dr about PT now. If I didn't have PT I would already be in a wheelchair. They keep me mobile. I love PT! |
He did give me a prescription to go to PT but the unforunate thing is that I have NO money to pay the co - pays while I'm not working. I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if they will hold off on the co-pay till I go back to work and then give me all the info I will need in one appointment. My doc said they will do that (the info) if you tell them the reason... the reason they have you keep going is to keep YOU going - to keep up with your exercises, etc...
