Teri I am glad you follow up went well I went to PT today And was telling her about how your DR didn't say any thing about haveing PT. She said to me that the DR's tend to not say anything and then when your arm gets really bad they tell you now you the PT.GRRR so Maybe you should ask them???
Also I was ordered to take two days off! My shoulder is so bad they want me to CHILL for a couple days. So looks likew I'll be On YT alot
