You can see it in the 2nd, 3rd and 6th photos. It is just a "band" of material that closes at the top with snaps or velcro that wraps around his manhood. They are used for boys to keep them from peeing or marking in the house. We are using them during our house training but hope to be able to do away with them eventually. In the meantime I just didn't want them to look rediculas so I have been making him some matching sets. Harness vest and band.
