I have to go to Winnipeg in the beginning of May for a 4-day tournament with my boyfriend and will want to take Chloe. It's about a 4 hour flight. She'll be about 6months old.

Do you have to pay to bring your baby with you in the cabin (in a bag, of course)? I would NOT want her down below in the cargo area.

What have your experiences been?
