No such thing as an overeating puppy. At this age let them go at it, they need it. What you need to watch out for is the little girl not allowing the boy to eat. If you see it happening you may want to seperate them at regular feeding times. Some have a tendacy to food guard and not let others eat as readily. Then there is what you call competitive eating.
