Our little Lexus is almost 6 months old, she has never been outside yet as our winters are so cold, now that it's warming up we've tried to get her to go for walks outside, but as soon as we put her harness on she freezes and refuses to move. We tried this in the house too and still no movement. Attaching the leash is even worse, she wimpers and just stands there. We tried to give her a little pull and bait her with treats but she won't move. Any suggestions on how to get our little girl in motion? Could she be scared of a leash? Is the harness the problem? Or maybe she just doesn't get what walking is?
Any suggestions?
