Have they done a bile acid test to rule out liver shunt? Maybe it could be a nerve disorder or maybe hydrocephalus? Just throwing suggestions out there...I'm so sorry that you and Izzy are going through all this, please let us know what the vet tells you.
The following are just a few symptoms of liver problems...
Drooling
Vomiting
Pacing
Circling
Inability to sit still for any length of time
Drinking lots of water
A stuperous look
Head pressing
Staggering
Listlessness
Runny nose
Blank look/stare
Lethargy
Not all dogs display all the symptoms, but you will get to know the ones your dog displays. It is best to head it off early although you cannot always do this.
