A 3 month old, with a cough as you described, would worry me, too. I'm assuming you had your baby checked out by a vet who prescribed the azitromicin. Has the medicine helped? Is the puppy still coughing? If there's been no improvement, or if the baby is getting worse, the only suggestion I have would be to go back to the vet again. I wish you luck. Hope your baby gets well. Keep us posted.
