You may have to confine him to an area, so he'll get the idea that is where he's suppose to go. He's just a baby, 12 weeks......he's teething, he's exploring and has the attention span of a knat. I ask all my new yorkie families one question. Would you bring a baby home from the hospital, put it on the floor and say here's your new house, have at it. Same thing with a puppy, they need to be confined, learn house manners and the right to expand their area.
