hey!! a few things you might want to try.. first DEFINITLY use a dog shampoo... the ph balance in their fur and skin is much different from humans... try a shampoo with oatmeal in it... usually helps.. also check that her food doens't have corn in it... a usual suspect for an itchy pup!
