Angela or Josie Driggers from Cape Girardeau ,MO? I was looking on a local website where I found Yoda and saw a beautiful picture of a female yorkie. I didn't recognize the area code of the phone number so I sent an email to request price/pictures/info on the puppy. I received an email back wanting to know where to ship the puppy and what my budget was for getting her. I wouldn't buy a puppy and have it shipped without ever seeing the puppy face to face unless I knew that the breeder was reputable and then I still may have some doubt.

Anyway, I know many of you have purchased without ever meeting your furbaby face to face. What do you think? The fact she asked me for my budget without giving me a price is supicious to me. I would think that the price of the puppy is the price of the puppy. If I could not afford the asking price, I wouldn't be able to afford everything else that comes along with having a puppy.
