Yes, there is no such thing as a "teacup" but to kind of answer your question....
If you are looking for a smaller sized yorkie (just go by the parents) Ask to see the parents or how big the parents were....you have a rough estimate with that.
Instead of price, look for a quality breeder (such as a family doing it out of their home) as a pet store (which you should avoid anyways) will be outrageously expensive! (in the couple thousands)
