The shampooer cost $130 at Wal-mart, much cheeper than new carpet, wood, or tile. JMO but I'd try that first before I spent major bucks on new flooring.

What brand did you buy? I have been looking at them and I don't want to buy on that won't last long or do a good job. Thanks in advance!
