Here it its:
1 cup shreaded carrots
1 cup flour
1/3 cup of honey
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
Bake on 350" depends on how long as to what size you put them in. Our little cakes took 23 minutes.
Icing. mix peanut butter with vanilla yogurt until its creamy, yet thick
also you can use strawberry fat free cream cheese to decorate and write the name, or you can use the peanut butter mixture to do it, or both.
You can also make little mini muffin without any icing for treats too.
