I have one of Rachel Ray's books and love it.  I sometimes alter the recipes a little to what I have on hand.  I've found that if I sit down on Saturday and plan my menus I can make it all in one shopping trip and even do some prep work over the weekend.  It makes cooking much more bearable and with knowing exactly what I'm going to make on what days of that week I can plan my time accordingly.  What I don't get from Rachel I get from the foodnetwork.com or other online recipes.
