Shana....Did you really see a plumping up??.... I saw that the Good Houskeeping Seal went to the regular Lipfision (which was supposed to mean it was a product that lived up to it's claims)... but I went & got the XL thinking it would be stronger & better.. but the XL did not get the Good Houskeeping Seal. It did absolutely nothing for mine ..I could have used the shop vac for better results.
