Thank you so much!! The island basically sold me on the house, since I didn't really like ranches much
. This was actually the first and only house my fiancee and I looked at and I really like it now
. The basement is 1/2 way finished.. but it has paneling and I really want smooth walls and recessed lighting down there
The only negative about the house is the teensey tiny bathroom!! I'll post a pic, hehe
