 Dessert too!
The demo lady made a wonderful dessert too (so they tell me -- I am still dieting!) It looked gorgeous. She used the torte pan set, which comes with two baking pans that are super non-stick. They are designed so the finished torte (thin cake) has a lip around it. Then you can put all sorts of things in there and it stays. She used pudding, fruit, and whipped cream. Everyone was raving about it so it must have been really good. The cake she used was Island Breeze Rum Cake. She left out the rum but it had pineapple and coconut. My DH really liked it. I saved two pieces for him and my son, he ate them both. LOL! So, needless to say, I am ordering the torte pan set and getting that recipe! |
