Just wanted to add that pharmacists are human like all of us, and occasionally make mistakes. Since my DD was overdosed on an antibiotic due to improper mixing by the pharmacy, i now double check the dosage for her weight before i give it to her. DD was not harmed by the incident, but I was hysterical. |
