What the vet did is take x-rays and bloodwork. He gave him barium for the x-rays and then told us to come back in 3 hrs and took another xray. He said that the barium moved fine throughout his internal organs and that he didnt see any blockage or anything. He did have lower blood glucose level than normal. He also said to feed him often every 2hours or so little food and nutrical every 4-6hrs. Vaccinations that he has had are: Strongid T 3times, intraatrac III once, Da2pl+pv 2times,da2pl once, bronocochine once, neopar once, and panacur 3 times. His last vaccination was on 12/11/06 of panacur. Before this right when we got him he did have a cold and was on antibiotic azithromycin for about 6 days or so and than was fine, eating and playing, sleeping everything was fine until he stopped eating after 3 days or so after we brought him from the vet. Than he started throwing up bile, and this night I noticed he throws up some of the food we force feed him also. I keep giving him karo or nutrical throughout the time, rub a little bit on his gums in between. The vet also prescribed him amoxicillin and syrup for his tummy, but they dont seem to be helping. I dont know what to do, if I should take him to the Skokie Emergency Clinic or just keep doing what I am doing. I just cant believe that no vet is able to tell me what is wrong with him and cannot help him get better.
