How old is your little one? Has she been spayed yet? Because most vets would suggest that they pull out all the baby teeth when they dog needs to be put under anesthesia during the surgery anyway, usually between 6 to 8 months of age.
Or is this an adult tooth we're talking about? In which case, are you concerned because of your dog's existing health issues that might be complicated by anesthesia? If your dog is healthy...it shouldn't be a problem.
