Sorry, but my opinion stands. You may have gotten lucky. I have heard many complaints about Petsmart. When you go there without knowing the groomer beforehand, you are taking potluck in my personal opinion.
Same thing goes for their veterinary services. I would not take a stuffed dog to Banfield.
It is a large corporation and there is no way it is personalized service. As I said, I think that some are good, but I would not recommend it. I will not recommend any place that I do not have first hand knowledge about and unless you have been to the Petsmart in her location, you really don't know how their grooming salon is.
I still say Google them and see how many complaints there are!
