I purchased a puppy bed from Pet Carriers, Small and Large Dog Clothing Pet Carriers, Small Dog Tees, Dog Carrier, Dog Tank. In the meantime, I contacted a friend who is an online geek and he scolded me for not checking with him first--apparently this company has a long history of taking people's $$ and not sending stuff...and downright being RUDE--case in point- check out this lady's on line interaction with their reps..Rip-off Report: Hands N' Paws - SOPHISTICATION ALLEY LTD Called me a "DIVA" and insulted my upbringing after an order inquiry! NASTY emails and lack of professionalism... PHOENIX Arizona . After reading more entries, all negative I decided to email the company to get an update. They responded promptly by cutting and pasting their Q and A section. At this point I called my credit card company to initiate an investigation and sent Hands N Paws another email asking them to cancel my order. I almost fell out of my chair- check out my request and their response...

I am still in shock and decided to put them out there- I also checked the BBB and they're listed (not good). A slap on my hand for not doing more homework beforehand so I am warning everyone else.
