I too have a larger yorkie. He is about 10 lbs also, and very muscular, not fat. He also has a very thick coat, which has to be kept short, or you would have to brush him all day long. He is AKC registered, but I think he is what they call a wooly or cotten yorkie. We also live in Colorado, for about 1 1/2 years now. He is just as lovable as any other yorkie, and just as smart. |
