I live in Orl. I'd suggest you go to Gatorland, it's a park that conserves local wildlife. There's also a gaggle of museums on Princeton St., about 4 miles from downtown...the Folk Art, Science and other Museums. Going to Disney Downtown is FREE as well as Universal citywalk (except parking for the latter although if you see a movie you'll be reimbursed) By far my favorite thing to do this time of year is a park, though, called Wet N Wild. When you see how hot it is here you'll see why. There's a lazy river, a wave pool, a children's pool... And definately golf if you like golf. Depending on your skill level, you can find a course that's right for you. It all depends on what kind of stuff you like to do.
