Doggie Couture Shop Hello everyone. I have never given a bad review to anyone before, but this time, I am so upset with this seller. I placed an order with them April 13 for an AKC Sherpa Double carrier and a collapsable water bowl. I received an email the next day from the seller letting me know the carrier wasn't in stock anymore and that I should pick another one. I replied saying none of the other carriers she had in stock fit my needs, so if it was possible, if she could cancel my order. She didn't reply for over a week, so I got worried and opened up a PayPal claim, just to protect myself. She had replied right away to tell me the carrier wasn't in stock, so when I didn't hear from her right away, I got worried. When she finally replied, I told her the carrier I was looking into was the Sturdibag carrier, which she didn't have on her site. She replied saying she could get it for me. A few days later she told me she was able to open an account with the company and could order whatever carrier I wanted and she could send me pictures. I told her I needed the double divided carrier, if she could let me know what options there were for that carrier. I waited 2 weeks and never heard back from her, so I escalated my claim on PayPal. Just today, almost a month after I placed my order, she uploaded tracking information to PayPal. I honestly do not have any idea what she is sending me. She never got back to me to say she was able to get the carrier I wanted. Furthermore, the item I'm receiving is shipped from Washington (where Sturdibag is based) so I'm guessing I'm being shipped the carrier. But as for my collapsable water bowl, I have no idea if that will be shipped or not. I emailed the seller today, so I'm hoping she gets back to me but I am not holding my breath. Overall, my first time purchasing from this site, I can say I had an awful experience and will not be a returning customer. The customer service was awful and there was practically no communication. I am deeply disappointed. I'm hoping I at least get the items I wanted because I have no idea what will happen otherwise with my claim on PayPal. I'm really frustrated and upset right now. :( |

I think I'm going to take back what I said. I was able to get a hold of the seller today. And she said she emailed me to let me know the item I wanted shipped. I looked through my emails and I didn't see it so maybe the seller tried to send it and it just never sent. But she told me she sent me the carrier I wanted and the bowl was sent separately along with a gift for my Itzel. So I was wrong on this one. If there's any way a moderator can delete the thread, I would appreciate it. Thank you everyone for your concern. I appreciate it. ;) |
I had ordered somethimg from them a while ago and I had horrible customer service and I will never use them again. I am glad to see that they were in touch with you, and you will getting your items you ordered. BUT they need to work on their customer service skills. |

Okay, I hate to be so wishy washy, but I need to take back what I said before about them being bad. I mentioned above that the tracking number was sent but I wasn't sure what they were sending me. Well, they did send me the carrier I wanted and I did receive the water bowl. Thankfully my order was correct. Now here is what really upset me: I posted on their Facebook page after PayPal sent me that tracking information letting them know I sent them an email that was urgent because I wasn't sure what I was getting. They replied on the wall saying their last email was on April 25th and that they could get the carrier for me. They then went on to post a quote from an early email I had sent saying "Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service." I was out running errands yesterday when I saw that quote so I thought, okay, that sounds like me, but I don't remember writing that. I checked through all my sent emails today and that quote was from the super early messages I had sent the seller when she was getting back to me (even if it was always late). I am so mad that they used a quote from me on their FB page, first off, without my permission and second, from an email that was when I was just trying to sort through the problem. I ending up replying to the wall post asking them to delete it as I didn't feel that way after all of my dealings with them. The carrier they ended up ordering without my permission they told me was the same price as the Sherpa one I had orginally ordered. If they had told me from the beginning, I would have told them to cancel the order. The Sturdibag carrier is way cheaper in other places. Ugh!!! I'm so frustrated with this seller. But lesson learned. I will never order from them again and at least my order was complete. They did send my baby a little plush doggie toy. Not that that makes it any better. But oh well. So my original post still stands. Please order somewhere else if you can. There are plenty of other stores with awesome customer service. Unfortunately, I went with this seller because they were the only ones who still had the Sherpa AKC carrier. And it turns out they didn't even have it. ;( |
Wow, that sounds so shady. I would not order from them. If I'm out of stock on an item, I let the customer know right away, and what their options are. Sometimes I have to refund money, sometimes I give a discount, sometimes I give free items. But never do I make a customer wait weeks just for a reply! |
