I ordered some yesterday and after I ordered I had an issue come up and Sarah was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to help me out. I already give this product a HUGE THUMBS up because of her wonderful customer service..:)... and Im anixously awaiting for it to arrive, cause I know we are going to love it..!!

Okay, I think I have gotten the international issue sorted out. :) I think now anyone can order online through the website.

And, just an FYI, I use flat rate priority boxes, and they can ship anywhere in the world for the same flat rate, so the $5.00 priority shipping rate is for anywhere in the world. :)

I have been asked this question, and here is the best I can come up with - I don't know what it takes to be able to say 'tear free' but I have used it on my yorkies, yorkie puppies as young as 6 weeks, and my kids (I use the shampoo on my kids, but not the conditioner - the pH is too high for humans). WOW Sarah! It sounds like you are going to be one busy lady making more shampoo and conditioner. For all of you who haven't tried Yorkie Splash & Shine, once you try it you will be hooked! I'm really tempted to try it on my hair. Keep up the awesome work Sarah!

LOL - I am so glad everyone is getting excited about it! :)

If I haven't mentioned it, the fragrance is similar to Estee Lauder 'Pleasures Delight'.

And, you can certainly use it on yourself, just be prepared to deal with 'waxy' hair for a couple of weeks. Since it doesn't strip oils and it is a high pH, it takes a while for 'chemically damaged' hair to respond to it. I LOVE it on me, but after the first shampoo it was a little bad with really 'poofy' hair. And, don't use the conditioner on a human - it is not good for people. :) Believe me. Haha

But, my kids never had a waxy transition period with the shampoo and their hair smells so great. :) I love getting hugs. :)

how's it do for dogs with sensitive skin and alergies? Right now were using medicated shampoos.

Linda, I would say it would do great!! The ingredients are all natural and it rinses better than any shampoo I have ever used. It is very gentle. Sarah will be able to answer this better than I, but wanted to give you my opinion!!

Bathed Jacie last night with Yorkie Splash and Shine. I love it too. He smells really good and is soft and shiny. We are big fans of Yorkie Splash and Shine.

I don't have any babies with allergies or sensitive skin, but that's the beauty of the shampoo, it is mild and great for babies with sensitive skin! I have a couple of people who use it just beacuse of that, one of them is Ping Davidson (Yorkie Splash and Yorkie Shine| Yorkie Shampoo and Yorkie Conditioner - The customer commetns page).

Just used Yorkie Splash this morning on Zhoie for the 1st time and LOVE IT!!

Now....what can you come up with for a daily brushing detangler?? LOL :D

Soooo glad you like it! :) I have a big smile on my face over here!

I have actually been looking in to a detangler / spray on - leave in coat conditioner. I have been looking in to what I can make it with to stay with my organic "theme". Maybe in the next few months I'll have one. :)

Ok you made it to day 5 and your babies still smell good???
I have to try it!!!

I do need one question answered... How strong is the smell straight out of the bottle? I'm sensitive to smells and if it's too strong then my nose burns and I have a headache for hours over one sniff. I live in a perfume-less world because of it. :( Would anyone describe it as a strong smell??

I am very sensitive to smells also. I cannot wear any type of perfume. I would describe the smell of Yorkie Splash and Shine as just a clean light smell,not overpowering at all. DH has allergies and it hasn't bothered him at all. :)

It is a clean scent, reminds me a little of vanilla. I just know it smells good without being overpowering and it lasts.
