I want to share something with you all. I am speechless right now and this brought tears to my eyes...:cry::cry: tears of joy I might add..

But first of all I want to send a heartfelt thank you to (Linda44) Linda and her darling hubby Barney..I cannot tell you how much my hubby and myself absolutely love and appreciate your kindness. having this sketch you sent to us... it is above all the most precious gift EVER :kiss3:.

Linda's hubby Barney sketched a picture of our Pepsie who died at 5 years old. You see our vet gave him a shot( one he had previously had a reaction to) that shot that day was fatal..and part of me died that day....It was a devestating blow to both of us.. Something one never forgets. Now I can cherish this print as long as I live..Thank You both.


Now due to such wonderful and thoughtful people we have this beautiful picture of our Pooh as we called him to hang on our wall... For your hubby to feel bad for me not getting a gift from my buddie and to make this this beautiful print of my beloved Pepsie. [IMG]

Mariska did not get a gift from her buddie in the past gift exchange and Linda and her hubby wanted to do something for me. I also got a blanket, oh and what a lovely blanket.. majik took it over as if it was sent to him.. tried to get a good picture but impossible.. Again thank you Linda..

OMG, That picture is the most precious thing I have ever seen and a great memorial to your beloved Pepsie. That was very special of them to do that for you and I am so happy you got it.

Oh Anne! That is absolutely beautiful! Linda's hubby does an amazing job..I cannot believe his talent!!! I plan on asking her/him for 1 of my girls as soon as I can get them to all sit pretty for a picture at once which seems to be the hardest task ever!!! LOL

Thanks to Linda & Barney, you can continue to look into Pepsie's eyes everyday. What a beautiful gift!:thumbup:

Oh Yolanda It is priceless... he was so afraid that day, he had the cutest little erect ears.. that we could not get to come up.. so many dogs and people he did not know what to think that day.. but this sketch is so so him... it could not have been any better.... anne

Oh Sheilagh you know it makes me so happy.. I have a special spot for it when I begin to decorate yet again this summer and we are getting closer.. in the meantime I have it sitting out to look at it when I get the urge... anne

This is beautiful and brings a tear to my eye. It seems like acts of kindness are fewer and far between nowadays. It's so good to see that they are still some outstanding people in this world.

Anne.............the sketch of Pepsie is very beautiful and I must add that the thoughtfulness of Linda and her husband seems to never end. I also have two sketches drawn by Barney; one of our Lucky by himself as a gift in the first GE this year, and then a second one of my happy little "couple", Halle & Toby. Barney's work is so true to life and they are such special gifts that will be treasured forever.

I am in a mess but have it sitting so I see it each time I go into the house from the rv.. simply amazing this sketch of pepsie is... I feel so honored to have had such a gift done for me...anne
