I have a question to all GE Buddies! I don't know about you, but I love all the hint threads, but I can't keep up with them all, I am afraid I will miss someones and hurt somebodies feelings, I am asking all of you, your opinion on maybe making one or two hint threads, and posting in it daily, its just a thought cause I can't keep up with them all, maybe cause I am older:rolleyes: or slower,:D but just thought I would ask what you all think:D |
Kim, I think that's a good idea. I'm not in this GE, but with the last one, the numerous hint threads were hard to keep up with. And like you, I was afraid of offending someone so hesitated to post on any of them. |
Kim I'm only doing my one thread and that's it. Man last time I was in the GE my head was spinning with all the clues. I'm sure I will miss someone's thread and watch..that one will be my GE buddy.:rolleyes: I'll do my best and hope that others only keep it to one thread to try and cover.:eek: |
I'm sorry...I don't quite understand what you are asking...do you want EVERYONE to just post in ONE or TWO hint threads and drop our individual threads? I wouldn't worry about hurting anyone's feelings....if you don't post in ALL the hint threads...noone takes it personal...well at least I never have...This is a pretty big GE... |
I was just trying to figure out a good way of doing this, and all your suggestions thats all:) But like Cindi said I will try to just keep up with mine, and if I don't respond to your thread or miss it, I am going to say " sorry" now, I am going to try, but I was just afraid I would miss some.:( |

I made two threads as we have two buddies.. I will try to keep up and watch on others also.. your not the only old person...:yelrotflm:yelrotflm I am no young chic neither... I try so hard to post on each thread and try so hard to keep up also.. and it is not always easy.:confused: yes I get confused too... Best of all I love the surprise when the parcel arrives at my house.. to see who had our names.. and the fun of watching my babies with new things.. trying on new clothing.. taking pictures and just plain old having fun.. so Kim try to remember that to all of us signing up this is the most important part of the gift exchange.. I also love shopping for nice items and making sure I am making some one else just as happy and enjoy this parcel as I do... anne/mariska/majik will love our gifts and our buddies and look so forward to it all...keeps this old lady happy and excited... :yay_jump::yay_jump::yay_jump::yay_jump: |

Good idea Peanut, glad you brought this up! I recently returned to YT after a long absence and had not realized how many GE threads would get started! It is impossible for me to keep up -- OVERWHELMING! I usually hit New Posts, and am now getting mostly GE hint or "I have a SB" threads. I will make sure to do a search for my SB's posts occasionally to make sure I don't miss any last minute instructions but I will have to pass on most of the others. I gotta have some time to shop! ;) |
Ahhh, yes, I agree & I'm not that wise & it's hard for me to catch up. I haven't been posting in some that has already revealed that it's not Mimi...process of elimination on our quest to find who our SB is...:D |
Best I can tell from what I've been reading the whole forum has gone to the dogs...LOL I like reading the cute threads where the Yorkies do the talking. Everyone is so creative and funny! I'm trying not to guess who has Taffy but you guys make it hard not to wonder! I haven't been able to eliminate many possibilities so it's still just an unfounded guess and it could be anyone (well, almost anyone) |

It's too cute not to baby talk Sowry gals...I LOVE baby talking to my babies...can't help it! At first, it was hard for me to read it too...kinda had to figure out what they were saying & it did take a little more effort & time. But...now that I've been doing it too...it's becoming 2nd nature!! heehee:bleh:...see? I can't help it...please humor us.:D |
