When puppies will be ready to be taken home: Now 13. Do you ship your Yorkies: Possibly 14. Any additional information you want to add: Jake comes with a one year health guarantee and will be vet checked before he goes to his new home. Jake is going to bring a family tons of happiness as he is a very fun, active and playful guy. Of course, he likes to play with us and his siblings; however, he and his mom have become somewhat of a team and roughhouse with each other. Jake is not going to be a fragile little Yorkie and since we have 3 children and a larger dog; he would be wonderful in a home with the same. He will probably be close to 7 pounds and he is up to date on his puppy shots, de-wormed and also doing very well potty training on pee pads. His personality traits and color seem to be following his fathers, and if that remains true, he will be a lot of fun, but very devoted to each one of his family members and doesn’t have an unkind bone in his furry little body. We have raised our puppies in our home on 5 acres with lots of love, exercise, snuggling and cuddling, in and outside play and of course, absolutely pre-spoiled! We have become very attached to this little guy and want him to be in a Forever Home that will appreciate and love as much as we do. If you have any questions or need further information, please call or email me and I will be glad to answer any you may have. I have additional pictures of Jake and his parents that I can send. Thanks for taking time out so that I could share Jake with you. Jake-11.JPG Jake2.JPG

| Thank you, it's funny you said that because we were talking the other day about his name and said the same thing. We think he is very special too.

| I know what you mean.... we have 7 of them (3 are 14 wks old); and at PetSmart and the vets yesterday there were yorkies. I could have stayed and talked and played all day with them. Yorkies are so adorable and addictive. I'm sure glad my husband loves them too.

| My family and I are getting very attached to Jake and he is leaving paw prints on my heart already. I really want him to find his Forever Home so he can begin making memories with them, therefore I am lowering the selling price to $800.00. He has been 100% potty pad trained for at least 3 weeks and is very eager to please you. He is getting spoiled rotten though. Whenever I am walking by him and reach down to pet him, he literally falls to his side and rolls on his back for a tummy rub. So yes, he is getting me wrapped around his four furry paws. He is growing up so fast; here are a few more pictures of Jake at 14 weeks. Jake-5.JPG Jake outside w Mike 11 wks-2.JPG Jake-3.JPG Jake-4.JPG

| He is delicious!! The one of him on the couch in the first set of pics looks like he got caught in the middle of something, the way he is looking at the camera as if to say, "Yeah, what now?" I wish I could have another, but I live in a condo and I am already at the limit with two. I should really stop looking at these pages, he would be perfect.

| Thank you so much for the compliment. And I just noticed that I have his price wrong, I had lowered it again. So he is $700 now. You know I have started spoiling him so much. He now lays on my desk when I'm at the computer, which is actually all the time since these days I sleep more at my desk that in bed. Aaaaahhhhhh taxes! I don't sleep much these days. I'll have to find the picture and post it on here. Attached is a picture where he has gathered up his toys and puts them in this little box and then goes to sleep. He does sleep in his dog bed too but he seems to prefer a lumpy box of toys. But right now he's asleep on my desk right behind my laptop. He is turning out to be my favorite. Jake in toy box asleep 16 wks.JPG I know there is someone out there who is perfect and wants Jake to call their own. I just hope they find him when I can still say yes. Quote:
