| Beautiful yorkie for adoption Melanie is two and a half years old and is available for adoption. She is with us for 2 years. She DOES NOT get along with other dogs or children and that is the reason we will have to let her go. So her new family MUST be one that does not plan to make new additions, teenagers are fine, but no little ones. Other than that she is a very loyal dog and adores her adult companion. She loves all adults after she meets them, and will always be close to her primary caregiver. She is also SUPER cute. She is housebroken, she will not go potty inside not even if you want her to using a pee pad for example. So, she needs to be taken out rainny or shinny. She also knows some commands such as sit, come, go, stay. She is spayed and had her extra teeth removed as well, I can give you her vet records. She's about 6-7lb. She loves to sleep but can also be very active and even go out for short, slow pace jogging. Please, only contact if you really want a good dog and is committed to take good care of her. We don't want her bouncing around homes, so we will screen the families that are interested based upon their life style. We are eager to find her a new home before the end of this year, since my baby will start crawling soon and it will not be safe. We are very sad to see her going, but unfortunately her personality (she is possessive of her owner) does not meet our growing family, and this is becoming a huge stress on her and us. I will give you more details and pictures through email. We are in CA, I would ship but you arrange everything and pay. |

| Melanie sounds perfect! Hi! Melanie sounds like she would be perfect for my parents. They have a fenced backyard and own their home. They have been married for 47 years and they have lived in the same house for 35 years. It would be a stable home for sure. I live about 2-3 miles away and see them almost every day. I actually adopted my girl Callie right here on Yorkie Talk. I still send updates to her "other mother." I grew up with dogs my whole life. My mom had a poodle for 16 years until it died of old age. Her second died at 14. They are both burried behind her back fence. I am in Bakersfield, and would probably drive to pick her up if it works out. I can also pay to fly her here if you think it would be easier on her than a long drive? My regular email is shannangirl@bak.rr.com. Could you send me a picture? Also, are you asking a rehoming fee? If so how much. Let me know if you have any other questions you need answered. I totally understand that you have to make sure she gets a home you can feel good about. Thanks, Shannan

| I hope this works out for your parents, zoeybear. This sounds like a "meant to be".

| Thank you all! It's a very difficult situation for our family, but I'm very happy that it seems like Melanie is a perfect match for Shannan's parents. |

| Didn't work out Hey guys! Due to some personal issues with Shannan's parents it didn't work out. So, Melanie is still available. |
