| Durable pet tags Hey everyone! I've seen some lovely dog tags out there. I love the ones I have because I've had them custom made to include katakana symbols. It didn't hurt that they didn't cost more than $8 each, even with the extra work of engraving special characters. However, they are faded and I'm scared if Kaji ever gets out whoever finds him won't be able to read my number on his tags. The special characters are perfect, but the phone number is fading. Anyone have inexpensive tags that have lasted a while? I'm planning on buying quite a few, maybe even 5 or 6 new tags. The vet has told me to switch out his collars more often to minimize the pimples Kaji's been getting. Anyone know?

| In my opinion you can't get better than boomerang tags: Boomerang Pet Tags: Guaranteed to last. Mailed today, Free Shipping. They are guaranteed for the life of your pet- if they ever fade they will send you new ones- but they won't fade. I have had Armani's for 3 years, Chloe's for 1.5 and they still look brand new. I think I paid about $10 for each tag, no shipping, no tax- they are engraved on both sides.

| OK, you'd think I was a rep for this company, I talk about them so much, but I cannot say enough about their tags. Fetching Tags are now my favorite tags ever. I know -- they are pricey. But they are worth it, IMO. They are super lightweight but very sturdy and the text is super dark engraved so it's easy to read and they're very noticeable tags. I will probably never use another ID tag again. Jackson's Fetching Tag is here! Yay! You can pick cute sayings to put on them, with their name/number on the back, plus a symbol of your choice. The owner is VERY nice and easy to talk to. And they are guaranteed to last for your dogs lifetime. I get so many compliments on Jackson's tag. Pictures don't do it justice. Anywho, if those are out of your price range ($31 is the top price)... etsy.com is AWESOME!!! They have amazing sellers who make personalized dog tags. I've personally purchased from PoochyCouture and they are great. But if you go to etsy.com and search dog ID tags, lots of options come up.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I always get our tags from Boomerang tags. They will print on both sides, which I love!
