| I've Been Taken Advantage of As a Vendor... ...and I'll allow it to happen again. The snow was brutal this year, at least for some. I am thankful that I don't have to experience managing my dogs throughout a harsh winter. With that being said, I certainly can empathize with some of you who do. And, imagine not being able to afford proper care for your dogs? Gosh, that must be awful. So how about I send you some snow boots and you can pay me when you get paid from work? Only 2 weeks? No problem I can wait. In fact, let me give you a huge discount on these boots so that it's easier for you. Oh dear, how has Rover been able to manage having to hold his paws up when you take him outside? Clearly he's in pain So the boots were sent and I followed up with a "how are the boots working out?" email. I heard back immediately saying that they are an absolute life saver and requesting how to make the payment. 2 more emails and no response. I have donated $25 out of my pocket for the well being of your dog because you couldn't afford it. I'm really happy that he was able to get through the winter without hurting his paws. Truly, I am. In fact at this point I don't want the money. Consider it a donation as I suppose you already have. So apparently I'm a very gullible person. I probably shouldn't have taken someone's word that they would pay. I've actually done this several times before and it ended in a fair result. With all of the above being said, I will do this again. And again. My care for animals far exceeds this learning lesson. Thanks for letting me vent.

| awww you're so generous and nice!! If I ever need some boots, I will buy from you! My babies HATE shoes and we never had snow here...so I guess we're lucky. We have rain though...I'd prefer snow than rain anytime I bet it's frustrating for you to deal with customers like that. I'm so sorry that you had to go through this. However, I am amazed by your words

| Somewhere down the line you will get your blessing for caring for the dogs you do and doing what you do. I am sorry there are people out there that do take advantage of good people like you. Is that all you have is boots? |

| Thank you for helping the doggies' little feet and maybe their conscience will kick in before long and you will get reimbursed. Your heart and your intention to help are wonderful but you should get paid. People know better than to act like that so why in the world would they do it?

| So sorry this happened to you. What really gets me though is most people wouldn't feel the way you do, they would just stop helping people and not trust again, meanwhile the next person comes along who actually would keep their word and pay later and they don't get he chance because to many scammers used up the trust of a good person.

| Karen I'm sorry this happened to you. I usually start working on something before I receive payment and so far everyone comes through. I imagine I'd feel a little hurt if someone did not pay me after I spent my time on something special for them. I ship upon receipt of payment unless it's an existing customer in which case the honor system is in place. I hope this person just forgot and comes through with payment. If not, you saved a couple paw pads this season!

| People like that need a good thump to the side of the head. But now that I know you sneakers, sandles, etc., I will pay a visit. I can't believe I haven't visited before now. With summer coming on, and it is incredibly hot here, sandles would be a great idea!
