| PetStages Mini Treat Tube I just got Lily a PetStages Mini Treat Tube and she loves it! I was looking for a Kong but could not find one small enough for her so I got this instead. It is like a Kong but much smaller (about the size of your thumb). Lily barely weighs over a pound and is only 5 inches tall so all the Kongs were just too big but this was the perfect size for her. I will put a Mother Hubbard peanut butter treat in there and it literally keeps her busy for hours. I had my doubts at first but I was soooo wrong. They say that it is suppose to calm and soothe the dog and it really works for Lily. Just thought I would pass along this great find I know it looks kinda funny but I swear by it.

| That is great! I have always wanted to try a Kong, but knowing that Mojo doesn't like big things (even thier puppy one is big) and rubber stuff, I just didn't know. This one looks like something I would like to try though...perfect size!!! Thanks for sharing!

| Just a word of caution. Keep it away from the adult Yorkies. My mother's yorkie got a hold of it and chewed it into pieces. Lily is way too small to chew it up but I would still recommend you only let the puppies use it when you are there to supervise. Now I'm off to Petsmart to buy another one

| I just bought this- and Roo loves it when it has stuff inside to lick out (by the way if you freeze kong filling or organic peanut butter- it takes the pups longer to give it out). But so does my larger dog and I'm afraid that she would choke on it if she ever got it unsupervised! So I keep it up when Roo's not playing with it! Just a word of caution for people with larger dogs (Taya is about 35 lbs or so)! |
