I ordered the Pet-icure...but I am still waiting :( There was a thread a little while ago about them |
Wondering Too I got an email offering the product also and would like any feedback users have. It's not as pricey as Pet-icure but does it work? Thanks :aimeeyork |

Des, this was posted a couple of weeks ago. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...-peticure.html I've been itching to buy one too. I can't justify it yet since I have 2 nail clippers and a drummer (which I haven't got the nerves to use it yet). |
I am interested too, please keep us posted ! |
I order the Peticure too, I haven't get mine either:( but reading the others post it my get sometime to get it:thumbdown anyway hope it work great:thumbup::rolleyes: |
So the Pedi-Paws and the Peticure system are the same product or similiar??? |

it is basically just a dremmel with a guard on it. you still need to be VERY careful that your Yorkie's hair does not make contact with the dremmel. |
I have the Peticure. It took forever for me to get it but it was well worth the wait! Jamie is so much better about getting his nails done now. PLUS we don't have the sharp edges that we got with the nail clippers. |

wow this looks just like the pedi-cure but for cheaper...i wonder if it works the same...hehe...i was going to buy the head for my dremel but they wanted $20 for that and i was like no way cuz the pedicure itself is only $30+10 shipping...hehe i may get this also to compare it to the pedicure which i haven't used...along with the 2 dremel i bought...hehe...i clip their nails using a clipper... |
I just ordered the pedi paws. Then they try to sell you an upgrade to the deluxe for 9.99 and then try to sell you the grinding heads, then urine be gone, then a shead ender for free but 7.99 s&h, and a few other things. So be prepared:rolleyes: ps I did order the extra grinding heads because I have two and I'm sure they do wear out |
pet-icure I love the peticure it is safer than clipping.... I can never clip my Dax's nails because he pulls back a couple times then I just give up. I think I don't have the confidence to clip because I'm afraid I'll hurt him. The groomer can do them with no problem. The peticure files them down and unlike a convetional dremel it has a guard with a hole that you just put the nail through and make contact with the grinder, you don't have to worry about the hair getting wrapped around and pulled. Dax still pulls his feet away and it usually takes a couple sessions to get them all done but it works and I think the groomer is going to order one too. She says it would be good for animals whose nails don't get trimmed for a long time and their quicks get long. She says on these it takes a couple months to get them trimmed down to normal, with the peticure you don't have to worry about clipping or pinching the quick which can cause pain and no bleeding. Great product in my opinion and even though it is not completely silent, it does not make a loud scary noise. |
