| [News] Help Find Dolly for 80 Year Old Man! I hope someone finds Dolly soon! That's horrible someone would just steal a Yorkie like that! --- COVINA, Calif. An 80-year-old Glendora man is offering a one-thousand-dollar reward for the safe return of his "baby" -- a four-year-old Yorkshire Terrier named Dolly. Dolly was snatched yesterday from her owner's convertible parked outside Danny's Kosher Pickle Restaurant and Deli in Covina. The San Gabriel Valley Tribune reports someone broke the chain attaching her carrier to a car seat and drove off with her. James Blake bought the Yorkie after losing his wife. The Tribune says Dolly needs daily medication for a staph infection. She has a microchip in her and a collar with identification. Dolly is black and tan, ten to 12 inches long, weighs five and a-half pounds and was wearing a multi-colored dog coat when snatched. Blake says he just wants Dolly back -- no questions asked. (Anyone with information about Dolly's whereabouts is asked to call (626) 966-7525 during the day, (626) 914-6215 at night or (626) 862-1009). http://www.kesq.com/Global/story.asp?S=2518842 |

| Oh, that is so sad. I hope he finds his Dolly. Personally, I would never leave any dog in a car, especially a convertible. That dog is bound to be taken. Yorkies are so popular and I hear of one getting stolen quite frequently, so if I take my dog/dogs with me out to run errands they come inside with me, even if it is for 30 seconds!!

| I totally agree! But since it already happened, we can just only hope he gets Dolly back. Some senior citizens are just too trusting of the world we live in, I guess... |

| Poor man ... I hope they find his baby!! I won't leave Toto in my convertible unless it's an absolute necessity ... and only if it's for less than five minutes! Otherwise, I take her home and drive back!!
